GRADUATION PORTAL CLOSED
All eligible students will receive a Graduation Invitation with RSVP options once registration opens. It is important to follow the links provided in the email and complete the required steps before logging in to the Graduation Portal.
- Enter your Student ID in the designated field.
- Click the ‘Send Login Code’ button.
- Check your email for a six-digit login code.
- Enter the six-digit code in the fields displayed.
Important: For security purposes, this is one-time login code and will expire in 10 minutes.
If you can not find your login code, please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

Your Institute Graduation Day is a wonderful occasion when graduates get to celebrate the culmination of many years of study and recognising their achievements.

Visa Invitation Letters
You will have the option to request a Visa Invitation Letter for your guests during the registration process in the portal.
All Visa Invitation Letters will be emailed to you immediately upon completing checkout.
GRADUATION DAY
You will be able to select the City in which you wish to graduate. This choice is not limited or linked to the campus you attended.
Melbourne and Brisbane will each host two Graduation Ceremonies on the same day (dates below). Sydney will host one Graduation Ceremony.
Once you log in to the portal, please select your preferred City and Ceremony time.
Registration for each city will close 2 weeks prior to each ceremony.
